Respecting your pastor!	Be humble!
Pastor Nyabenda	It is very important to respect your pastor because he is the leader of the church. He has a very big responsible and pastor in turn has the right to behave accordingly to command the respect he demands from the members of his church.
Respect your secretary	Working for the church is a hard task and it is a calling. People volunteer and work in most cases for no financial reward. We need to commend such people for that. Church members are therefore obliged to respect all those who are sacrificing their time to serve them.

All members of a church should show a collective responsibility to respect their pastor and the personell serving the church.

To be humble should be the most outstanding characteristic of a church member. Be you a pastor, a church personell or ordinary member, you have to be humble....
